Episode 339: The Criminalization of the Juggalos
Two Detroit rappers changed the game when they donned clown make up and began spitting lyrics that would make horror directors blush. Their merch became a way for fans to identify one another and form a sense of community. Then the FBI showed up and designated them as a criminal enterprise.
