Episode 189: The Murder of Betty Gore - Part 2
With an extra-marital affair behind them, Allan and Betty Gore seemed to be back on track in their marriage. Betty was leading a Marriage Encounter group, and Allan was trying to reduce the number of work trips that took him away from his wife and their five year old and eleven month old daughters. When he left on a work trip Friday, June 13, 1980, Allan never knew that would be the last time he would see his wife alive. Their small community would be rocked by a brutal murder committed in broad daylight by someone so close to them. This week’s episode is The Murder of Betty Gore Part 2.
